A: Yes, samples are available for quality check. Sample fees and courier costs will be charged, which can be refunded against your future bulk order. Q: Do you offer OEM services with my logo? A: Absolutely. We welcome OEM orders. You can customize the logo, color, and packaging. Please provide your logo design and requirements. Q: What are your payment terms? A: We commonly accept T/T (Bank Transfer), 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. L/C is also acceptable for large orders. Q: What is your warranty policy? A: We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered. Q: How long is your production lead time? A: The standard lead time is 7-15 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all order details. Q: How do you handle shipping? A: We have strong relationships with major shipping lines and freight forwarders. We will handle all export formalities and can ship to your nearest port (FOB) or arrange CIF shipping. We provide all necessary shipping documents. Q: What if the products are damaged upon arrival? A: All our products are insured during shipping.
